My GO PUCK doesn’t charge my device as many times as it should

  • Fully charge your GO PUCK
  • Try using a different USB cable (for iPhones, try factory Apple USB cable)
  • Try charging your device from the other USB port
  • Keep in mind that over time, like any battery, your GO PUCK will lose capacity
  • Please reference our Charging Graph to get the estimated number of times your GO PUCK should charge your device here
  • If you feel like you’re not getting the number or charges out of your GO PUCK that you should, and is less than 1 yr. old, follow the link to our online warranty form here
