My lights turned off while my GO PUCK was charging?

  • Check your mobile device to make sure that it is still charging. *On newer GO PUCK models, the LED’s will shut off while your device is charging.*

  • If your device doesn’t show that it is charging, please try the following:
    Fully charge your GO PUCK

  • Try a different USB cable (for iPhones, try factory Apple USB cable)
  • Try charging a different device
  • Try charging your device from the other USB port
  • If your GO PUCK still won’t charge your device, and is less than 1 yr. old, follow the link to our online warranty form here
